Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package - if this happens you will recevie multiple tracking numbers in your shipment email.
bevello offers a flat rate for all shipping options within the continental United States. Effective June 29, 2015, we will ship all online orders through FedEx. bevello Standard Shipping will deliver to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, Express Shipping will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Orders placed after 12pm (Monday- Friday) will be processed the following business day.
Standard Overnight shipping is not available for orders placed after 12pm EST (Monday- Friday) or for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday.

Online purchases may be returned/exchanged for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and all original tags must be attached. Washed, worn, damaged or final sale items will not be eligible for store credit, exchange or return.
Using the return shipping label provided in your shipment, please package up your return and include the original invoice. If you wish to exchange, please fill out the exchange form in your shipment and include with your return. Please allow 1-2 weeks upon delivery for your return/exchange to be processed. You will recevie email confirmation updating you on the status of your return/exchange.
