bevello offer's a flat rate for all shipping options within the Continental United States.

Next day shipping is not available for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday.

bevello offer's free shipping for orders over $150.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following Monday morning or the next business day.

Sales tax of 6.75% will be added to orders for North Carolina residents and 5.00% for Virginia residents.

Returns

Unwashed, unworn, unaltered items with the original tags attached are eligible for exchange for the same item in another size or color, or in the form of web or store credit within 14 days of original purchase date. Items to be returned or exchanged must arrive in the bevello warehouse within 14 days of the original purchase date. bevello reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange dependent on the condition of the returned items.

All sale items are final sale.

Intimates & accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Instructions:

• Please contact us with your name, order number, and list of items being returned within 7 days from original purchase date. bevello will email a pre-paid return label to be printed and attached to the outside of shipping container. Please return items and original invoice properly packaged to our warehouse location. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt. Web or store credit will then be issued or exchange item will be shipped.
• Gift orders maybe be exchanged for web or store credit within 14 days. Please contact us with order number and a list of returned items to receive a gift card code for use in store or on our website.
• Online orders may not be returned or exchanged in-store.
• In-store purchases may not be returned to the warehouse.
